 Moravka Ellis
Director of Operations
Invest in your IT infrastructure with an individual who has built a reputation on personal service: Moravka Ellis. A highly dedicated professional and founding member of IOSi, Moravka has been meeting her clients' specific account needs for over 8 years.
Mrs. Ellis graduated from Career Canada College where she graduated as a Dental Assistant in 1994 and began her career in the healthcare industry. Mrs. Ellis has held various positions within the industry which lead to the creation of IOSi's healthcare support vertical.

 Céline Petrachuk
Office Coordinator
Céline Petrachuk has worked for IOSi since 2001. Prior to her appointment of Office Coordinator, Mrs. Petrachuk was an Account Representative, responsible for select clients. As the 'voice' of IOSi, Mrs. Petrachuk has over 22 years of customer care experience.

 Craig Behan
Solutions Architect
Craig Behan has worked for IOSi since 2002. Prior to his appointment to the position of Solutions Architect in 2005, Mr. Behan held the position of IT Business Development, responsible for the company's new business client portfolio. Mr. Behan holds current industry standard certifications; MCP, WCSP, CPSA and is one of four WatchGuard Trainers in Canada (WCT).

 Michael Latreille
IT Manager
Michael Latreille has worked for IOSi since 2003. Prior to his appointment to the position of IT Engineer, Mr. Latreille supported IOSi clientele as a IT consultant in 2001. An Entrepreneur in his own right, Mr. Latreille understands the importance of customer service. Mr. Latreille holds current industry standard certifications; MCP, WCSP, CPSA.

 Ala Abu-Obaid
IT Engineer
Ala joined the IOSi team in the winter of 2006. He brings over ten years of Microsoft related experience, which includes his previous appointment as IT Team Coordiantor of the GIST group. A graduate from National College of Amman, Ala completed a three year Computer Programming & Systems Analysis Program in 1994. Mr Obaid holds current industry standard certifications; MCP, MCSE, MCSA, Network+, and A+ Certifications.

 Mark Dubeau
IT Engineer
Mark joined the IOSi team in the spring of 2007. He brings over ten years of Microsoft related experience, which includes his previous appointment in 1999 as an international aid worker for CARE Canada. A graduate from the Praxis Training Institute, Mark received his MCSE for NT4. Since then, Mr. Dubeau holds current industry standard certifications; MCP, MCSE (2003), WCSP.

 Michael Antonello
IT Engineer
Michael joined the IOSi team early in 2008.
Michael brings over 6 years of Technician/Technologist related experience, which included his previous appointments at MDS Nordion and a Solution Proivder in Perth. A graduate from Everest College , Michael completed a two year IT Engineering Technician program and received his Diploma in 2008 and received his MCSA (2003). Mr Antonello holds current industry standard certifications; MCP, MCSA (2003).

 Nadeem Malik
IT Engineer
Nadeem joined the IOSi team in the spring of 2008.
Nadeem brings over 6 years of Technician/Technologist related experience, which included his previous appointments at DND where he worked out in the field with Canadian troops to train them on Mobile Windows technology.
